Red Box
Red Box
Graduate Thesis Project / Conceptual Project
Red Box focuses on care and comfort. Teens start their periods around the ages of 10-13, yet social stigmas, the media, and generational beliefs reinforce the idea that their period is a burden. Red Box challenges the discreet, sterile period product dispenser found in public spaces and embraces bold, lively visuals to foster a sense of comfort.
Designed for a younger audience in mind, ideally conceptual for all public washroom spaces. The box is bright and bold as well includes fun characters and icons. Every tampon and pad is custom, including the branding.
This project was featured in NSCAD's 2025 graduate design exhibition, In Assembly.
